Umm... anyone else want to comment on the above?

However it seems that I have omitted to answer the station that was posted PRIOR to the one that I chose originally (and did not escape the keen eye of Ivo)......so I will now repond to the CORRECT station......

Welwyn North

another station just off a famous viaduct.

Millom and Welwyn North were both stations that opened in 1850

Ashford (Surrey) is another two platform station managed by South West Trains that sees eight trains per hour.

another station which could be confusing for the unwary -
trains for London depart Broadstairs in either direction, as do trains for Leeds from Brighouse.
