To celebrate in a rather interesting way, I will associate that Polmont was the destination of Sam Mains, who was thrown off a train at Linlithgow on 9th December by a random man for not having a ticket.

Bridge of Allan and Polmont are both two-platform stations on the Edinburgh to Dunblane line.
