Bicester Village is also near a set of points which allows access to a GB Railfreight yard
TfW Loco services also pass Craven Arms on their way to Cardiff

Bourne End is another station opened by the GWR in 1854 under a different name than used today.

Lapworth was opened as Kingswood, whilst Bourne End was called Marlow Road.

The local rail user group, The South East Northumberland Rail Users Group (SENRUG) has been campaigning to improve service levels at both Widdrington and Pegswood stations since September 2016.
