Bath Spa - after closure, Gloucester Eastgate's site became a supermarket. A similar thing happened at Bath Green Park (it was a Sainsbury's car park; it's now a farmer's market). The only station now left in Bath is Bath Spa (much similar to the only station left in Gloucester being Gloucester).

Green Park, this was the suffix of the Midland Railway terminus in Bath.

Teesside Airport has one train each way on both Saturdays and Sundays, so not quite ;)

I remember a few timetables ago you could only get there from Darlington, but couldn't go to Darlington and only on a Saturday morning. I know this as I tried to plan how to visit every station on the network in the shortest time to go for a record, so I allowed for phsyical needs such as sleep.

On checking, it's Sundays only both ways... ;)

Wemouth has just one ;) - Quay station is disused and last had a train in the Nineties. It is being offcially closed before the 2012 Olympic sailing competetion in Wymouth & Portland.

Anyway, Solihull - also has two trains an hour direct to London...

APOLOGY FOR THE PREVIOUS FAUX PAS..I should have said NEWHAVEN has two stations (TOWN and HARBOUR)....not Weymouth

Even if Newhaven technically has three (Marine) ;)

Anyway, Lincoln - also home to a football team that plays in red and white stripes.

Langwith - Whaley Thorns

Having spent over 12 hours in Flimby, we seem to be stuck there!
So here's a rather desperate attempt to get moving again.

Flimby had a colliery called the Robin Hood Pit.
Langwith -Whaley Thorns is on the Robin Hood Line.
[Not only can I not recall Langwith-Whaley Thorns adorning these pages before, but Langwith also has a closed colliery. So a double snap!!] :) :)
