Well I don't really see how it's any different from these association either:

Heath High Level is another Transport for Wales station where another station can be viewed directly under it (you can view Severn Tunnel Junction from Caldicot, you can view Heath Low Level from Heath High Level).

The other station that serves Heath is Heath Low Level.

As it's the same priniciple, there is another station served by X service.

But I'll strike through my post.

There's nothing that explicitly bans it. I agree that it's a bit recent to start re-using stations.

I apologise. Here's something else:

A London Overground parliamentary train non-stops this station (unlike most GOBLIN services, which terminate here) and continues to Willesden Junction.

Willesden Junction is the "northern" terminus of the West London Line, which links that station with Clapham Junction. One of the stations between the two is Kensington (Olympia).
