Harrogate was another terminus for the TDF specials. (Saturday between Leeds and Harrogate, sunday between Blackburn and Hebden Bridge)

Skipton also has an EC service to Kings Cross with the same frequency as Harrogate.

Chathill is also a very high station in England with only Northern Rail stopping.
