Another station that has both through and bay platforms would be, er, Manchester Victoria (!)

Since when did Manchester Vicky have bays!?
Clapham Junction, another 'Junction' station, Is it still the busieset railway junction in the UK?
Apparently, Teeside Airport is the 2nd least-used Network Rail station in Britian. The pride of place goes to Coombe Junction Halt
Havant also sees a large number of SN and SWT services each hour, as well as input from a third TOC (FGW services at Havant are of coruse much rarer than LOROL at Clapham Junction, but the point still stands).

Might as well complete the set...
Manchester Airport is the last of the four stations whose name begins with "Manchester". It, however, has no through platforms.
Anyway, moving on from Leyland, we can have Darwen, also a former bus builder from Lancashire.
Eccles is another station with diesel-only heavy rail and electrified light rail lines.
Lincoln, also see's an HST each day
Tsk tsk
On a serious note, Newcastle is another station where the suffix "Central" is rarely seen these days.
