Urgh. How could anyone support that lot?! (I do know of at least one person on here who does, although he is local to it so I'll let him off.)

Anyway...

Bescot Stadium. Might be something to do with Walsall FC.

I recall seeing Eccles in this thread before, so it will be interesting to see a link out that is not cake based.

Romford - both have greyhound tracks nearby

The dog track at Catford shut down about 10 years ago! The ones at Romford (not near the station, but by the railway line) and Wimbledon are the only ones left in Greater London.

Probably too late to call this void now though!

Looks like somebody forgot to tell Google Earth which still shows the Catford track.
