Starting Engines

Is there a way to shut down and start up engines in Driver?, because whenever I start a session, they are always just ticking over.

There are a few locos and units which are scripted so that you can, but for most, no you can't.

What Keys do I use to start and shut down? And what engines do have this script?

The only one I can think of is a foreign EMU (I forget what country), and you have to do it manually in the cab, there's no keyboard shortcut for it.
I can't think where you get it though.
