Stagecoach Website changes.

Hi everyone.

The Stagecoach website was 'updated' recently and now I can't find the service updates, the local route maps, the bus times guide, etc.

I often used the site to check for disruptions and timetable changes but can't find anything but a useless journey planner.
Do these still exist or are they gone?

The reason I ask is that the Boxing Day buses (in Grimsby) are to be cut this year and often the printed version of an update isn't always available until it's too late.

It appears Grimsby Pacer has the same problem as myself and a few others I know. I click on location and nothing happens and the same with timetables so if I can't get into a location I cannot get up service updates, tickets info, timetables etc.

I am struggling to understand how I can't get access on my mobile, home pc and work pc as surely this new website can't be incompatible to all three?

I would clear all cache/ cookies linked to stagecoach website. It works on android on phones, while chrome and ie work on pc's etc

Thank God for that - the old Stagecoach bus website had a terrible design and wasn't mobile friendly.

Thanks it seems to have sorted out my work pc so will try this at home. Can't seem to sort it on the mobile though and don't know how to clear cookies on it.

It would depend it which browers and or type of phone your using I or someone else might be able to help.

It is easy to find content, "service updates", "route maps" and timestimetables are all on the top of the page.

You can change the location at the top to say, Grimsby, but the service updates still say "no service updates". Only when you go back to the homepage and then click "Promos and offers" at the bottom on the left, you get to see the link to the service updates. It does work properly for other areas, such as Manchester.

One welcome innovation is the real time information which appears to work nationwide. However, this data doesn't appear to be shared outside of Stagecoach so third-party apps don't pick it up and therefore you need to use the mobile site.

Maybe the OP should contact East Midlands to ask if there an issues with the "Service update" section.

Stagecoach East Scotland real time details are superpose to be getting shared with SESTRAN.

My phone is a Nokia and using Google,Cortana and Mozilla Firefox did not allow me to access the location or timetables on the website.
