Due to a recent change of management there has been a lot of upheaval which has meant there are a lot of surplus drivers. Quite a few drivers are paired up with one conducting. So the chances of joining and then hoping to progress onto driving is slim.
Just don't want to get anyone's hopes up - but for £16.5K and 0.5% bonus on takings its better than nowt
