Stagecoach London 17293/97 seen heading North on the M6 at Lancaster at 13.15.
Traveller's have some ex-Parks B12BT Panthers, which are identical to the Megabus examples.
Well, none of Chorley's buses were in Heysham today, but one of their Bus Stops was...
Spotted on the back of a lorry heading down Oxcliffe Road before loitering near a bus stop on Kingsway.
Coppull, Clancutt Lane (South) towards Wigan, it said, in case anyone notices it's gone....
There are two of them SF07 WBL & SF07 YTP, and they have stagecoach uphoistered seats!
I seem to recall, come to think of it, that although belonging to Parks, said Panthers were used on Megabus contracted routes?
Carlisle's 20959 on 300-302 this morning, replaced broken 15683, which was in back corner of CE depot.
Carlisle's 104 branded 24124 being repaneled in body shop, and Chorley Solo PX06 FXY (I think) fully rubbed down being taken through to paint shops.
On the allocation front, although not major at all, 34219 on 69's, rather than the usual 51 plate Solo. 47018 is out on Buttermere 77, while 47722 is getting its 21 day service.
A very poor picture of a branded scania for kendal uploaded on my flickr page. They are also all getting named too after Cumbrian hills. Can't tell the names becouse only been back at work today after a week an bit hols and been on night bus so very dark in the yard.
Buttermere Solo on city route 69 today, except for around half an hour when 34221 went on. 47018 had another day on Buttermere Circular 77 by looks of things, as 47022 was in the workshops.
47016 sat in CE depot with Lancaster University X22 on the blinds.
Seen KLs branded up scania's on gez's site on flickr and spotted something missing on the buses.
Fleet numeros and stagecoach cumbria logo on side?
Somethings really annoying me about the branding.... it doesn't look very well in proportion. OK, they had them down to order without advert boards so you would have thought space could have been used a little better. Also think the Freedom Lakes logo should be near the front (like west coast/urban connect logo location). At least then both side logos would be the same size, as near side is smaller for side display in their current position.
Apart from that its ok
Its good, but I feel it could be better I think sadly, especially being green, but not green buses!
My personal opinion is that they look cheap and it's a half a***d effort. They could have went all out with eye catching branding and instead they add some small vinyls, much is the way with Stagecoach at present.
Looks like the sunday service 555 is gonna be permanent between Kendal and Lancaster;

ME normally operate the sunday services unless KL have taken over.
Why has Stagecoach decided to run a Sunday 555 Service?

16337 was on the Keswick service yesterday afternoon: not sure about the route number, though
