If what I have heard about 34079 is correct I will not be best pleased! Was vile when I had it on the 300 a while back.

Hopefully 34079 will just go to the scrap yard! No wheelchair ramp on it, seems rather pointless spending all of the money on it, especially when Stagecoach have been selling off mini Darts with wheelchair ramps on.

34079 is a bloody ramshattle! 33168 despite it's gearbox problems, was miles better than that bloody ramshattle!! sadly 33168 has been sold.

Yesterday, 47616 was on ambulance duty yesterday for any drivers who pulled up injured, or got tired.

Just been told that another coach from Stagecoach Western has been taken to Carlisle, apparently to be converted into a driver trainer. It is apparently a P-ASA one. Info originally from a Western driver, will hopefully try find out tomorrow if it is at Carlisle.

Lillyhall need it more than Carlisle. Carlisle have only got it so they can just have another bus in their fleet!

Not too sure about that A 51 plate Solo going over Honister Pass... I think not. Although, as passes go, it's poor from a drivers point of view. Give me Hardknott and Wrynose anyday!

Carlisle: 1 spare Volvo Oly, 0 spare B10M's, 1 spare MAN, 3 spare Long Darts (but its really 2 at minute, cos 34691 being repaired after accident damage), 2 spare mini Darts, 1 spare Solo (only because they made 78 open top in February half term, rather than Easter holidays) and 1 spare coach. They've had to use B10M's from reserve to cover workshop time etc. Carlisle's mini PVR goes back up in 3 weeks time, which would leave them with only 1 spare mini Dart to cover minibus routes, if they didn't get another bus in (47022). If 47022 stays at Carlisle is a different matter.

47022 is a straight swap for 33161 to Preston from what I gather.

16664 made it out onto the 2a this afternoon. An inspector was at the wheel so not sure whether it was just doing a quick run after a Trident failed or whether it had been on all day.

Also 4 more Ex London Tridents have turned up at LL, no idea on numbers as yet.

A couple of vehicles formerly of this parish used on Leo's Bus Tour "The Springfield Sport" on Saturday, 14204 and 20744. Both sounded in fine fettle and were very well turned out both externally and internally. I like the lower blind on J204HFR: "to hire this bus, phone 0524 848111".

All 4 Scania's on 300.
20910 and 20994 on LL's 600.
20924 on CE's 600.
20944 and 20959 both been on 79/179/379.
16397 on 554.
33076 on short 685.
47722 on 69.

34218, 47024 and 47060 on Harrington & Seaton.
47062 on 50.
47023 on 51.
47059 done 0820 X5 to Cockermouth School.
16649 and 35246 on 30 and 31.

33161 has been transferred to Wales.
47022 sat in workshops, still being worked on. 4 Citi Darts down there too, with an UID MAN E300 and 20904.
52629 sat outside the bodyshops.

42545, 20895 and 20979 have been prepared for transfer out of the region.

With 47018 being available from Barrow now, after a PVR decrease on "Love Barrow" services, could that make its way to Carlisle to see off 33162? Or could it maybe even make its way to Lillyhall to see off 34079? I'd hope for the latter

47554 (PE51 YHJ) has appeared at Chorley. I don't know if it's on loan or a permanent transfer but it was out on the 109 this morning. We do seem to be short of Solos at the moment, with a Scania on the inter-worked 4/11 services most days.

14256 did the honours on the 1620 556. Was a treat to have a bash on such a great machine Gregg Collins certainly seemed pleased with it's performance...

Gez reliably informs me that this was due to the A591 being shut at Stavely.
20459 formed the 1725 I think (was working inbound to Lancaster on 555 anyway)
18358 was a Holme about 30mins late (if it was originally on 1725) or over 90mins late if it was 1620.

Interesting to see that 33161 has gone to Wales, and that B10Ms/Varios are off to Scotland...anyone want to guess why?!

Not a fan! I've never liked the look of the Wright Handybus bodied Dart which SC Eastbourne have... so this is wayyy below that

Yeah think a MAN went up to CE a few weeks ago so makes sense.Might do 17023 next seeing as it's off the road (think it still is) anyway lol.

Happend a Sunday a few weeks ago aswel covering a late running 2A was 20795 but swapped with the Morecambe FC trident at Combermere

Seen a shiny S-reg trident going into scale hall lane today, unless that was 17024.
