Didn`t know it was going up until i got the records to put in the cab lockers above the drivers seat.
20910 on 85.
20994 done a late 300, replacing 15686, which required cleaning out. front side and rear LED's out of use.
17017 on 30 and 31, 20962 and a 56 reg Dart on as well.
47006 on short 300.
34079 and 47024 on Seaton.
47060 and 47617 on Harrington.
47005 and 20945 on Moorclose Circulars.
20923 and 16447 been flying around as well.

Mmmmm could well see service at LL, god knows they need it! But if is is meant to go back into service in Jan and no earlier then it could have just moved for storage with the others to follow.
The 1620 ex-Lancaster and 1725 ex-Milnthorpe 556s are currently stuck either side of a head on crash at Whasset.
Some intelligent motorist decided to overtake a van on a blind, single lane 20mph corner in the dark, and smacked head on into a van coming t'other way.
I believe 1725 556 ex-Lancaster reversed at Holme and went via Crooklands to Milnthorpe.
Both Solos back out on Traveller's services this afternoon, with KendalKing around 20mins late.

They should send them down the A6 between carnforth and milnthorpe where the 755 and X55 go.

That would of been PN07 LHZ
As there are no Stagecoach buses timetable to use stand 6, there should be no Stagecoach buses parked on stand 6.
The Travellers Choice don't pay for layover so there should never be any Travellers coaches parked up blocking my station up in between baths runs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YE52 FGX was having the brakes looked at.
The 8A's & 8C's are currently diverted via Greaves due to Ashford Road being closed.
Try 30-mins late, due to the traffic!!!!!
Other news from today 16663 received a broken window sometime this afternoon!!!!

The ex PB solos that went to Yorkshire are having private number plates fitted to hide their age, made me giggle lol

17022 out and about today looking nice and shiny with an advert on its left side but not its right. Had the usual do not paint for 2 weeks sticker on it dated 27/10/10.

I suppose its quite convenient when that happens in terms of replacing parts on other Olys, same with 16655, that was rather handy!

24122 and 24124 started out on 104 today. 24122 then went and disgraced itself, leaving the 104 to be operated by 24124 and 20451.
20943 been on 79 & 179.
20960 out on 554 with its new engine. sounds and moves rather well!
Citi services have been messed up badly all day, traffic in Carlisle been rather high. Darts have been flying around Not In Service, waiting to replace B10M's that were put on the routes to keep buses to timetable as near as possible. "The Courts", "West Tower Street" and "City Centre" were common destinations throughout the day!
a Citi Dart on short 685.

an 04 reg Solo (possibly 47062) on Workington Town Evening Services.
also of interest to local peoples, Reays have an Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 on demo for the next few weeks (YX59 BXW). it seems their 57 reg Primo is away at Plaxton for work, resulting in a 10 reg one being on loan to Reays. that 10 reg one was sat in the yard this morning, with a 63 branded Primo in workshops. Passenger numbers still as low as ever. a 64 went to ASDA with 1 old woman on, with a Stagecoach 62 just a few minutes behind, carrying quite a few passengers! quite a few Reays buses have still been running empty

Doesn`t have a operator licence so probably withdrawn.
14267 was down to be withdrawn after the Ryder Cup finished. KL only had it on loan from Barrow to cover the Trident they'd sent down, hence it going down as KL/Res. obviously, they used it a little longer. 14266 should have been withdrawn as well, but Barrow don't have enough buses at the minute to free it up, possibly waiting for some Volvo Oly's to be transferred in? (on paper, they have a spare 6/6A branded Trident, and 14266. in reality, PVR of X35 is 4, not 3 as on PVR card, meaning without 14266, they'd be totally stuffed when it came to a decker being off service)

isnt the 30 ussually a optare on sunday ? my freind at reays at sellafield said they are changing the busses at carlisle
it was, but they used the bigger Dart today, which is better, due to Solo's often being rather cramped on sundays.
yes, Reays are getting new buses on CityHopper services. they are getting 29 seat ADL Enviro 200's, replacing the very unreliable Plaxton Primo's (as discussed a little further up this page).
