Workington... Yay.
Indeed, you beat me to it, so it's down to six B10's. (I was told five)

Not forgetting 20923 which is on Moorclose,

Moorclose was two Solos this morning, and is now two B10M's. The other being 20473.

Saw 16447 running half an hour late on a 300 to Carlisle before as well. 52628 on Sellafield this afternoon, showing SL LTD Contract on the display.

Glad they kept 20436! Seems we have more B10's than we thought! or all not withdrawn yet :s
Scania Down? although not a bad replacement on 300 ;) Well ASDA traffic certainly won't help timetables. Seaton Councillor says ASDA must do more to combat heavy traffic around the store - traffic will be interesting on Saturday. Will be surprised if Carlisle and Seaton services don't fall even more behind...

Wish they would stop pinching solo's from Moorclose! <(

I saw 40033 arrive at the University with not in service on the blinds which made me ask the question why does it have an LED? It would make sense if they put advertisements across it or something but if its blank all the time why is it there?

Also Tridents 17657 (V157 DFT) and 17658 (V158 DFT) returned from the Hyde Road paintshop to Princess Road this afternoon complete with new style Magic Bus fleetnames (in lower case). Next Dragons to go are 15185 and 15188. Hopefully as Tridents are painted Olys will move out after the dragons have gone.

The period 8 fleetcard for SC London has appeared. The card now shows SC London not East London bus group and they have found an old picture of a Trident to stick on it.

Why does Stagecoach insist on using single deckers on 2's & 2A's, when there is currently an overloading problem on this service? There were a least two MAN's out on the service today.

34618 & 47001 on 89's.

Ribble Leyland Titan 1775 (PCK 920) was parked on the Bus Station when i pulled in with the late running 17.37 departure, i then passed it on Ashton Road near the junction with Caspain Way at abt 18.00, as it was heading out of town.

I imagine its the next best thing to a Trident they had, maybe one or 2 Tridents are off the road for one reason or another. However I often see MANs on the 2/2a. Also the overloading problem is not just on the 2/2a, its on any service that runs from the University. The 3 and X1 are often packed as people aim to get these services as they are direct. The 2/2a and 4 go around the houses and takes longer.

Interesting that 16185 has appeared at LL, up for MOT or something? Visit to VOSA?

47023 and 47059 on Harrington. when i saw 47059, it had "46A Circular" on its side LED. when 47023 was on 46A, it just had "46A Harrington" on the side flip dot.

47024 was on 51, but as previously mentioned, it was took off and replaced with a B10M.
20945 and an 08 reg Solo on Seaton.
14257, 14258, 16652 and 20910 were on annexe at approx 1pm. 14258 worked the 1225 48.

a 30 and a 31 were in bus station at the same time going to Maryport, i didn't hang around to see if they put all passengers onto 1 bus and send the other empty to catch up on time.

Could never understand this when I use to do the X1s with T56 (all hail the King of Leylands), yes I have had a pint, we could be sitting on Greaves Rd whilst the two 2/ 2As depatures behind were noted popping around the Pointer roundabout, much quicker "going round the houses"

It was being used to take Trevor Pennington to his retirement do, being driven by Dave Burgess.

16652 on 300. (15685 off service with a shattered door i believe. apparently jammed between opening / closing, ended up slamming resulting in the glass shattering. 17017 also off long term as previously mentioned by Cumberland Lad)
20473, 20962 and 20994 on 30 and 31.
20945 on Seaton. Solo's on all other town services when i was around.
34079 on short 300.
47023 on 58.
there was a Solo sat in front of the bus wash at LL this afternoon, with a MAN E300 and what i'd assume is Info Bus 40011 due to the very shinyness of it.

I thought it was Dave driving, but i was to buzy watching where i was going!

I for one will miss Trevor, as the former Transport Manager of Princess Coaches i have been to meetings with Trevor. He use to stand his ground, and fright for his staff at Kendal depot.

Happy retirement Trevor.

I have taken a few pics of the magic bus tridents and a couple of the hybrids while i've been in manchester and i actually like the livery on the tridents.
I have added four new collections to my fotopic.

A little off topic
I was in Blackpool to see the lights with the kids, All the Blackpool fleet have had the line numbers and destinations removed from the sides with a blackpool Transport circular logo over the spot the line numbers were, An 07 solo and a Trident in the new livery. Only spied one S/C Trident on 68 but only from a distance so no ID. Passed PO51WLH about 7:20 pm in Bolton Le Sands on the way home via Toby Carvery lol.
