yeah lol probs coolant. They said they would send out a fitter but 18372 turned up and I don't think the fitter ever arrived lol. The problem was either solved and it limped back to Kendal or its at Morecambe.

I don't think 16663 has had its LED fitted yet. 30281 is still about so I assume their still working on some of the other mini buses. Interior work I hope lol.

No, I bet they'll be fitting the LED currently...
I bet that the 3 Solos at Open Day are still VOR plus the one on the rear fence, so 30281 will still be needed.

Interestingly, on another forum, it's been speculated that Stagecoach may get told to divest Chorely depot by the CC.....

going back to CE's Leyland Oly's, the other day, i was on 33076 on Seatoller and it was rather full. couldnt think why they'd have a mini dart on a busy lake district service in school holidays. now, it makes sense. there will have been DD's around the depot, with schools not being open, but all the ones in there will have roller blinds, or in workshops.
42025 will have only been out on 74 'cos the Osprey Bus was off service. 42025 has roller blinds, but CE's mini darts are too big for the route. only vario's and 709Ds can run it. same with 77 and 77A.

Heard today that 34616 is coming to Lillyhall to replace 25225, this won't happen straight away as both vehicles will have their route branding removed before going into service

my main problem with that is they're taking a nice 08 reg bus off us, and giving us a sh*tty Transbus 04 reg with Hanover flip dot displays to run alongside ADL 56 reg versions with LED displays!

14199 back on the road today working D1. 14235 desperately needs a refurb. The driver on getting in it said "god its gona be hot in hear I hate driving these old things" lol.

Saw 14235 this evening, wasn't payig much attention though.

Apparently yesterday the B10M on 1615 Warton dumped its coolant everywhere, the heat is getting to them!

18362 (Eric Morecambe) was on the 6A at 1555

I haven't seen 14208 for a while. In fact last time I saw it had broken down and was sitting near the bus station.

When ever we go into a new season the vehicles struggle to adjust lol. If its really cold they don't start and if its really hot they over heat lol.

my main problem is that they take away one "oddball" and send us something that doesnt reflect the number system at all.
if it was going to be branded for route 2, then fine, but its apparently going in the general midi bus pool, so will be running as a bit of an oddball on those routes. a bus with flip dot displays running around with buses all fitted with LEDs will make it stand out a lot!

and i've just heard a B10M go past, guessing that it is 20765 on 48, or another B10M covering for a missing low floor on 31.

Hi the versa always on school days does the 80 to hornby working a school bus just seen 14208 running empty along regant road going to bus station to work a short 40 to garstang then over night there

14208 was the poor bus involved in a rather nasty disturbace while working a schools at 1540 in the Bus Station today...apparently a waterfight had been happening among other things, this ended with about a dozen Ripley pupils being kicked off, having their bus passes and names taken.

The service was then TRIPLE manned with 2 inspectors getting on.

1701x on 1610 55A Kellets.
16660 ON 1520 55A Kellets, still looks smart.

22804 looks really nice with gleaming paint & new style seats.

30281 was also out and about today doing several different routes.

I remember the time I had a Titan trashed with eggs and flour by Carnforth zoo, oh and they chucked yoghurt out of the sliding window and it landed in a brand new open top Mercedes car!! the owner was not a happy bunny!!!

I saw 14208 pulling into the bus station just as I got on to the 2a. I guess thats why it pulled into the South bound side of the station.

Yeah also spotted 16660 on the 55a I love how it looks! 16668 looks very rough and should be up next for repaint.

Seeing as 30281 has been here so much longer then its meant to have been I'm hoping some solos are having major work!

Also they are re servicing the tarmac on Euston road so the 2a has been diverted down the prom.
