Just been told that SC NW 20777 B10M PS has been towed by J.B. Pickthall. Driver was turning it round at the Tip Pub in Lamplugh and bottomed it on the mid section of the bus, most of the middle pannels are bent. I always said that was a steep car park...
couldn't help it haha.
i'm not a fan of 20777 and 20779. not really a fan of 20765 either, but its slightly bearable.
if it was 20768, then it would be a total different story! i LOVE that bus!!! it needs some TLC though, and its doors sorted out! i don't remember them being different! i seem to remember both sides having orange rails, and the same font for Push To Open!

B10M frames are quite high up from what I remember, bottoming them out results in messy looking panels and little actual damage to the frame beyond scuffs.

52627 was in bus station this morning with a fitter in attendance. 20757 was brought to Workington Bus Station by an inspector. its a shame 20757 got LED cos it was the only one with all bright techs working! although the rear one was painted over for some odd reason a few month ago lol.

shame haha.
they could do with getting CCTV fitted to them really, run them primarilly as school buses. i suppose the flip up school bus signs on 20779 are an indicator they'll be on school work lol.
the fully refurbed B10M's all need CCTV!!! (20757, 20759, 20761 and 20768 )

From the fact that 30281 still hasn't been withdrawn, and is doing some quite odd runs, I have come to the conclusion that it is staying while vehicles are repainted/refurbed.
Since when did Lancaster have an annex

20319 is apparently at Carlisle as well. i'm not sure if it is there for paint, or if its entering service. hopefully we'll soon find out the answer lol.

14203 on Seatoller 78 today. i wonder if the Titans are being prepared for Morecambe Open Day, seen as though they usually do the depot shuttle services.

Many titans still down there?? i thought they had all left apart from one
2 left. 10179 and 10728.
they're being replaced by 16329 and 16393, currently under conversion.
10728 is usually out on Seatoller 78. 10179 is still somewhere, but it hasnt been spotted out on its usual services, although, Seatoller 78 is currently a 1 bus service. over summer, there is a 7 week period where its operated by 2 buses (usually both of these titans).

O aye so are your early PSs due for replacement? i know we have lost most of our K regs including 3 ex NW ones one 20783 which was a really good one
don't think so. 20757, 20759, 20761 and 20768 have been fitted with brand new dual purpose seating around 2 year ago or something, and some have only recently been fitted with LED displays.
some were replaced in 2008 by ADL Enviro 300 bodied Man 18.240's, but theres still a good few here.
