17022 and 16662 on 2/2a. I imagine 17019/22 wont be withdrawn until whatever ME are sending to the Rider Cup comes back. Also 18364 has yet to make a return!

18364 was back with Kendal the last I saw of it, yesterday I think it was.

Are ME sending stuff for the Ryder Cup? If so, will be LF stuff I guess.

Chorley's additions to the Ryder Cup will be 15583 and 15584 with 2 of our own lucky drivers going with them all week to keep them safe ;)

15679 is going to the ryder cup in wales, there is going to be temporary depot open for at least over 100 buses.
14195,17019 and 17022 might be withdrawn this week or when the 18000's have had engine modifications.

Either SC are been to slow off the mark, don't care or they don't think its worth bothering with the competition if they are going to crash and burn anyway. New buses and new routes look good and are impressive but its no good if the company is in massive debt that it can't cover. On the other hand Reays risks may pay off and they could become a big worry for SC, we'll see!

16666 out service at the bus station this morning
16665 running a 50
21005 on the 55 with working blinds.
21003 and 20451 on X1
18366 on 555
16877 on 80 later idle at the Bus Station.
15698/99 and 15700 on 40/41 along with a MAN.
22805 on 4 with window boards
16663 out of service at the bus station just now with 47022 and 18325 which had its engine hatch open.

Had the pleasure of 14208 on the 50, vibrating was rather bad and not much power but still a great machine!

Having just been on 15699 I can say I much prefer the city seats in the 10 plate Scans to the high back ones. They are good seats but just not as comfortable for me :)

Also been a small bomb scare in Lancaster, on Lune Road near Skerton. They closed Skerton bridge for a short while which would have distributed a lot of services running from Morecambe.

16665/8 and 21005 (with dead dispalys) on LRGS schools.

18358 on 556, running to time!

That might have been 21007 it just had the L.E.D blind put in but no destination control box, it was back in the garage this afternoon.

It's was down to one lane when i went past on 18326 just after dentist time(2:30pm), the police was letting traffic through and i bet there is a few delays until they reopen lune street.

Will look out for 21007 later in the week then. 20463 still has its old flip dot so that may be up next if not 20133 :)

Skerton Bridge still down to one lane with Lune St closed at 1615.

It probably was 21007 I saw at LRGS, didn't get a proper look.

20451 has been a regular on the Morecambe-operated 555 this week....
Also saw an Olympian off for MOT, can't remember which though

This did cause one or two problems. With the 8A bus being struck on the skerton side of the river for nearly two hours. The 8C bus (me) was left to run both the 8A and the 8C South Circulars journies.:lol:

Lol fun times!

Apparently the X12 will run half hourly from January and will include a housing estate in Heysham near Kingsway.
