This was submitted some time ago and I think Rotala were following suit. Has anyone any information on the outcome or are matters still ongoing?

There was some coverage in the Manchester Evening News (see their website) which amounted to May 26 - Stagecoach, May 27 - Rotala and May 28 - the authority. Research says a typical time for a Judicial Review decision is 6 to 8 weeks.

If that be the case it should not be all that different from the Governmental famous July 19th day !!!
