It seems after 14 weeks of talking, and talking and talking there no further forward in resolving the issues with Amazon buses. I for one have no idea why on earth a bus company would want to operate EMPTY buses to middle of nowhere for NO one, instead of revising said journeys to comply with people shift times: its farcical.

Amazon Shuttle? So that come back in has it for the xmas rush, but it only operate between Amazon and Halbeath Park n Ride, that might solve the issues for the Kirkcaldy passengers.

You must have seen it between 6-7pm?

The early morning journeys on the 2, 3 and 19X don't match up with the two early morning shifts, Ie buses turn up 15mins after the start time of the second shift. While if you work the second night shift you kind up a tree with no ladder.

That Coach is an Amazon Shuttle which started just last week, It operate I believe to Kirkcaldy and Leven. Stagecoach are washing its hands of it even though it operates it. Its a Staff bus for the Night shift, No idea if it only the 1st or 2nd night shift.

I believe the E200 MMC 26166-71 are due soon, there may hold off to November to co- insde with the improved sunday timetable.

Stagecoach East Scotland have launched a brand new ticket to encourage people to travel across the region for less in the evenings.
The company have launched 'nightrider', a new ticket valid for travel after 7pm, for unlimited travel until the last journey of the evening, to an end time of 4am the following morning.

The ticket will cost £2 and is valid throughout Fife, Perthshire, Dundee and Angus, however is not valid for services to Edinburgh, Cumbernauld/Glasgow, Falkirk/Forth Valley, Stirling, or north of Montrose to Aberdeen.

The ticket can be bought from the driver from 7pm on any evening of the week, and can then be used on any subsequent journeys the same evening/early the following morning. A nightrider ticket can also be used on night services N55 and N99.

Douglas Robertson, Commercial Director, Stagecoach East Scotland said: "This is a brand new initiative for us and we're really excited to be helping our customers enjoy a great night out for less, especially as we approach the festive season.

"Our new nightrider ticket is designed to be a great value travel option if you're venturing for a night out, taking advantage of all the great night spots we have here in Fife. From the many restaurants and bars available across the Kingdom, to diverse theatre shows and family activities available, we want to encourage people to make use of the local facilities across the region, for just £2!"

The nightrider ticket was officially launched on 11 October and is now available to buy from Stagecoach East Scotland drivers. Customers can plan their journey by visiting www.stagecoachbus.com or using the free Stagecoach Bus app.

The announcement follows Stagecoach's celebration of National Customer Service Week, which took place from 2 - 6 October and saw the company carrying out a range of activities to raise awareness of the importance of customer service, day in day out for passengers.

During the week, the company carried out mystery shopping activities, handed out goodies to customers in locations across the East of Scotland, directors and managers went back to the floor to carry out driving shifts and assist customers and Stagecoach also produced some additional customer service training materials for all staff.

Customers were also invited to nominate their customer service stars and the winner was selected as one of the Supervisors at Halbeath/Ferrytoll P&R sites, Thomas McGovern for his consistent and friendly attitude when assisting customers at the P&R sites.

The 0348 Halbeath park & ride to Glasgow Airport journey is proposed to be withdrawn due to low passenger numbers. The 0540 Glasgow Airport to Glenrothes journey would start from Dunfermline. In response to customer requests, the 0530 St Andrews to Glenrothes Monday to Friday journey is proposed to run 10 minutes earlier to enable a connection with the 0610 service X9 departure from Glenrothes to Edinburgh.

Service 47 would be revised thus Stagecoach might become the main operator for Dunblane with a bus every hour. I bet there try and get Citylink M8 service out of Dunblane

The Boxing day timetables have been looked at and well... most are being revised. While the x27 and X58/60 timetables Between Leven and Kirkcaldy have been been axed. I dare say the service is being cut back a little.

Why isnt the 39 nor the 32 taken away from Adamson cres?

Unfortunately, due to multiple vandalism incidents involving our service 33B evening journeys, we will divert several service 33B evening journeys until further notice.

From Thursday 16 November, 33B journeys departing Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy from 1852 onwards (towards Kirkcaldy bus station) will divert via Dunnikier Road , Hayfield Road and Hendry Road to Valley roundabout, where normal route will resume.

The same route will run in reverse for all 33B journeys departing Kirkcaldy bus station from 1905.

Until further notice, the stops on Wilson Avenue and Adamson Avenue will not be served by evening 33B journeys after 1900.
