What are the best times for freight in Stafford?

And if anyone was there today, what were the two 37s on the flask train? I was on a far-off platform filming a pendolino. Talk about wrong place, wrong time! :roll:

Anyone know what the best day/s are? I usually go on a friday and agree 3 til 6 is best but have no choice about my days off :( is it worth going on another day?

The Class 37's that hauled the flasks today were 37059 and 37604 I believe as I was told.
