Staff travel kids

Hi all I am fairly new as an employee to the railway. I collect my kids next weekend for easter holidays but their travel passes have not arrived yet. I have received mine but looking for advice on what sort of fare I would have to pay for the boys. The contract says free travel from day 1 for myself spouse and children. I am obviously happy to pay the fare if needed but just seeking some clarification

Which TOC's trains will you be planning on travelling on?

Depends who you work for and where you are travelling. Usually for children you won't automatically receive passes for them you have to apply for them separately.
