Two quick ones please people if anyone can help.

Firstly, will the trial of priv rate tickets on off peak & super off peak journeys continue? I was led to believe it was finishing this month.

Secondly. I get a priv rate oyster which we get loaded on at LUL ticket offices. Does anyone know how we're going to do that once all the booking offices are shut?

Thanks.

The trial of Priv discount on all walk-up tickets is continuing for another year.

What do you mean?

Priv Oyster is not part of the trial. You are entitled to it if you have protected status or work for certain TOCs. You are not if you are TOCNE and do not work for one of those TOCs.

The trial of off-peak fares being available on Priv applies to all Priv-facility holders.

I'm protected staff. Just wanna know how we are meant to get our priv rate loaded onto our oysters if Boris has shut down all the ticket offices.

Priv rate can be added to your Oyster card at any of the top up ticket machines, just show your Priv card to a member of staff and they will input your card number and apply the 75% discount.
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Remember to update your new card details each year before 30th June,if not you loose the Priv discount until it's amended.

You should also be able to get it updated at any TOC Ticket Office that can offer a "full" Oyster service (i.e. one that uses Cubic FasTIS+ as the main ticket issuing system). This includes Marylebone, Northolt Park (when it's open), Barking and most London Overground stations (not sure if the West Anglia stations have migrated over to FasTIS+ yet).
