Hi,

Has anyone travelled this route, either by sleeper or in the daytime?

I'm planning my holiday next month and had pencilled this journey in for an overnight leg, however the man in seat 61 has described the journey by day and now I'm in two minds - anyone got any experiences/recommendations?

I did the "Marjan" sleeper about 10 years ago, and it was a wonderful journey. The 1st class cabin turned out to be somewhere around £18, and was a polished old wood-pannelled private room, full of little cubbyholes that would transform into useful storage or washing facilities.

No idea if it's still like that now, but it was a great journey back then!
