split tickets

Hi guys and gals.
Just wondering whether you can split a ticket of the train doesn't call at the station you are splitting at. ie liv-eus splitting at Nuneaton. I'm guessing no but I may be surprised.

If you hold one season ticket covering some part of the journey, then yes.

Sadly not! If you want to split your ticket the train you are on must stop at the station you have split your tickets at otherwise it wouldn't be valid.
