Need some advice on how to claim:

Journey was EUS to MAN with three tickets:

EUS-BHM -- Super Off Peak Single LNR Only £12.50
BHM-SOT -- Advance Single XC Only £6.25
SOT-MAN -- Advance Single XC Only £3.85

Booked to leave Euston at 15:56 and arrive in Manchester at 19:59. Outbound LNR was delayed at Northampton and ended up arriving in Birmingham International 41 late where it was then turned early. I had missed my original connection at this point so boarded the next XC from BHI which eventually arrived in Manchester at 2037, giving me an overall delay of 38 minutes to my journey.

Could someone advise me on who to claim from and how to do this with three tickets?

LNR caused the delay so you should claim for the complete journey from them.

What I do is write the original itinerary on a piece of paper, attach all the tickets to that piece of paper and take a photo of it. Use this when you’re asked to upload your ticket. Add the prices together and use the total price. When asked for the ticket number I usually use the details of the ticket on which the delay occurred.
