Does anyone know why Spitfire Tours 'Capital Deltic' was routed via Wigan North Western on its return? I couldn't find any planned Engineering Works and the last booked service train to Blackpool North on a Saturday evening was behind us being the Northern Rail 23xx Manchester Victoria to Blackpool North booked via Chorley. Any answers would be appreciated.
