Do any trains have a Speedo with a dial and digital number like you get in new cars? Just wondering.

Varies by class. Many modern locos have a digital read out (67, 68, 88) as others mention, the 67 has the digital figure inside a digital rendering of an analogue speedo. Older units and locos generally have every 5 mph marked with a red line at the maximum pernitted speed for the class.

The speeds fitted by BR to steam locos had 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 with dark lines at 10 mph increments and lighter lines every 2 mph if I remember correctly.

The class 186 is a quad voltage locomotive
1.5 kV and 3 kV DC (for use in the Netherlands and Belgium), and 15 kV and 25 kV AC (for use in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria).
This is the only variant we have, but we do have two colour schemes at NS, the regular yellow and blue and an additional nine locomotives in this grey paint.
