(Speculative) Ideas for McGill's Scotland East service changes

There is a thread like this for First Glasgow that has worked quite well for route and service suggestions so I thought, given that they've been in the areas for a few months now since the buyout of First Scotland East, one for McGill's would be a good idea.

Is there anything in the network they could change given the driver shortages at the minute? Obviously, it's far more difficult given the frequency of a lot of the services across the network.

I'm not sure it's necessary to start a speculative thread when there is already an existing thread on McGill's Scotland East, and especially when there are no ideas put forward in the opening post.
