I can only find TP deals on Train linePrices are now available on national rail search.
Sale prices aren't necessarily based on the cheapest normal Advance tier, given those will usually have very low availability.Avanti has some but discounts not very good. £28.50 Manchester to Euston (a £5 saving from the next cheapest advance!)
No LNER yet as far as I can see
I didn't mean to imply that, it was just for reference, but good to knowSale prices aren't necessarily based on the cheapest normal Advance tier, given those will usually have very low availability.
If you select Fares Period "From 13 Jan 26" you can see the prices of the sale fares. But that is a separate thing from availability being released in the reservations system. Will the fares show on BRFares as soon as they are released?
Probably sold most of them before this sale started. Sort of against the spirit of the thing really.GWR's own rail sale had much better availability from what I've seen so far.
LNER have 1st class in the sale too (£47 Leeds -> London, about a £25 saving off a normal advance 1st I believe)
There are no Rail Sale day returns for a given route unless the faresetter doesn't offer any Advance tickets. Other than c2c it seems they all do Advance tickets; even Thameslink does nowadays, which means no more Rail Sale day returns from Luton et al to London. One thing I noted was if you select a Return on the Southern App, it's not offering Rail Sale but if I did Singles it did......unless I was doing something wrong......
Some journeys which had availability yesterday on GWR sale for January 23rd don't today.Probably sold most of them before this sale started. Sort of against the spirit of the thing really.
I think you are looking at January, 16th February is a Monday.Note LNER excludes travel on Fridays - Sundays before you go wasting your time like me! For some reason LNER also say they're excluding 16 February, but this is a Friday so doesn't need calling out??
Ha, that would be itI think you are looking at January, 16th February is a Monday.
Thanks for working out the problem.
