I went on line today to renew my three year senior railcard. I ventured a look at the special offers and for me the first one offered was

As a fellow Senior Railcard holder, I fully know that although the spirit may be willing, the flesh is, unfortunately, weak.

Don't expect a sound night's sleep afterwards! ;) ;)
