Is there an equivalent in Spain of the https://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/ UK website
We have this in Belgium : https://trainmap.belgiantrain.be/?lang=frI'm not aware of any other railway system which produces such comprehensive open data for third parties, so you don't get RTT-like sites.
That's an understatement...Renfe is not in the vanguard of user-friendly internet information providers for its services.
Except that there is. Or is there something missing in the TAP TSI?There are no standards for the exchange of train information
Yes indeed, I noticed a few months ago that the Rodalies de Catalunya app did not give any realtime info, which meant it had only limited usefulness.Real-time info in Spain for Cercanias seems to be particularly poor, with people having to tweet Renfe to find out where their train is.
I also thought that but then I do wonder where Idos get the Cercanías timetables from. It's a planner for mainly Czech users so I wouldn't expect them to put much effort in including Cercanías timetables, so that supposes they should be available somewhere. They also do not submit Cercanias timetable information to the UIC MERITS system which is used for exchanging European timetable information, so any journey query made using a planner such as Deutsche Bahn's will ignore Cercanias services.
