In its pseudo-private days, Network Rail had a policy of open data, and made its train running information available to third parties, enabling sites like RTT.
I'm not aware of any other railway system which produces such comprehensive open data for third parties, so you don't get RTT-like sites.
Sometimes the operators will produce limited train running information in their own web site/apps, eg SNCF can give you a live map of progress of your train.
Renfe is not in the vanguard of user-friendly internet information providers for its services.
There are no standards for the exchange of train information, so there is no chance of a rail equivalent of flightradar.

Renfe's app appears to have station departure times, for instance, updated in real time.

This is an SNCB (operator) app/site but fed by data provided by Infrabel (infra manager).

Yes indeed, I noticed a few months ago that the Rodalies de Catalunya app did not give any realtime info, which meant it had only limited usefulness.
I guess that's just Renfe. They decide what passengers need.

They seem to regard Cercanias networks as a kind of seperate metro system which isn't part of the main network. This is despite the fact that the Barcelona 'metro' reaches as far as the French border.
They also do not submit Cercanias timetable information to the UIC MERITS system which is used for exchanging European timetable information, so any journey query made using a planner such as Deutsche Bahn's will ignore Cercanias services.

I also thought that but then I do wonder where Idos get the Cercanías timetables from. It's a planner for mainly Czech users so I wouldn't expect them to put much effort in including Cercanías timetables, so that supposes they should be available somewhere.

Just came across this third-party map (seems to be based on timetable data rather than real-time, but still gives a general picture): http://positren.nebulacodex.com/ - by default Cercanias trains are hidden but you can turn them on
