Hi,

Does anyone know what sort of tests (apart from the standard ones!) Southern use on their train driver assesment days?

Many thanks in advance!

It is the standard tests that you do with this company, the dots test is done on the computer.

Thanks for that you two! I recently applied for HEX (and you can imagine my surprise when we had a total of 13 tests including the standards ones).

I think my heart rate has just about returned to normal!

Thanks again.

Between applying for Southern and actually getting an assessment day is how long?

Is 18 months pretty average?

probably not as some people who applied for the position in January have already completed the application process and have been offered/have started their jobs. im still not sure why I have been held. Ive tried ringing their recruitment but i just dont get anywhere!!
