Southern Train class used on EC - LBG route

I was looking at the timetable for the EC - LBG route and it says 1st class is available on the 0657 train. Do they use the 455 or the 377?

Southern use 455's/456's/377's/171's if you could tellus the ultimate destination of the service we should be able to tell you what class it will be.

Sorry I ment to say start point , also only 171's and 377's have first class, not sure if the 442's stop at ECR.

All it says on the time timetable is east Croydon - London Bridge.

Well if it says 1st class available it won't be a 455.

There are no 0657 trains listed on that timetable that I can see, but the 0656 London Bridge - East Croydon on weekdays terminates at Uckfield (as shown on the timetable), so this will be a 171. The 0656 London Bridge - East Croydon on Saturdays terminates at Brighton so this will be an FCC 319. Going the other way, on weekdays the 0656 East Croydon - London Bridge starts at Brighton, and this will be a 377.
