Same boat as you mateHas anyone heard about assessment centre dates yet? Got my miniscaat pass email on the 29th of Nov but still waiting to hear for assessment centre date. Thanksl
Hi all.
I've recently passed all the assessments for trainee driver at southern railway.
And have been told the next stage is an interview with the depot management.
My question is does anyone know how long it will be for an interview and what I'm best studying for interview materials.
Many thanks
Threads mergedBarnham and it was back in October November time.

DMI interview i thought was the easiest part, no stress, just a chat, it's for them to see if you are the right person for the role. They will ask you some "tell me a time" questions, they just want to see how you'd react in these scenarios, there's no right or wrong answers per say (just remember its a safety critical job) And they will ask you what you know about the company, when I did mine I knew alot anyways but I just jumped on Wikipedia and did a quick read up.Hi all.

I'm hoping it will be sooner

Realy good, intense at times but overall realy good fair bit of home studying to do aswell. But you do get rostered x2 1 week holidays during the 5 months driving school which breaks it up well. That's good to know. Thank you. How are you finding the training?

Hopefully you've done enough to advance to the next stage. Fingers are crossed for you!I really have no idea tbh I was told I'd have an answer in two weeks.

Hey! I felt like it went well, I was told it’ll take around a week for my result. I know that the longer time passes, the worse I’ll feel about how I did hahaWhat kind of things did they ask or you have to give examples for?
Fingers crossed you passed to the next stage
