Southern delay-repay

I'll get the gripe out the way first; I signed up for auto delay-repay and it didn't pick up three of my four journeys that were delayed this week (I'd already submitted the first before remembering the auto delay-repay was, in theory, active).

Now on to the positive, DR1 submitted Monday at 17:07 and approved by 21:32 the same day, DR2-4 submitted at 19:23 this evening and approved by 21:16. I think that's pretty good on Southern's part.

From memory, the London Bridge rebuilding debacle caused such an avalanche of Delay Repay claims that Southern had to implement automation to clear the immense numbers. And presumably to pick up incorrect/fraudulent ones automatically at the same time
