Do these take place at knolly house for train driver or doncaster? Also has anyone taken the assessment at doncaster prior to applying and does it help them? Would interviews take place to get certificate? thanks

Q1: Knollys House.

Q2: Don't know for sure, but I imagine Southern would prefer candidates to be assessed at Knollys, so I'm not sure taking a prior assessment somewhere else would be worthwhile.

Q3: What 'certificate'? Southern's recruitment process includes two interviews, one with an HR person as part of the initial assessment, then another with a Line Manager for candidates who pass the assessment.

Hi I meant the certificate one would obtain by paying to take the train driver assessments at Doncaster outside of applying for a particular position
