Southern advance tickets

Evening all

Are the above tickets no longer amenable?
I am trying to amend a ticket for travel on 29th May to a different date.
According to the app it should be amendable but it is not.

southern website says changes can only be done at ticket offices plus £10 per ticket.

Up to recently I could at least amend them!

Its almost like DfT and GTR are trying to push people away from rail travel!!

The screenshot you’ve uploaded says the date, time and class of travel can be amended. So it sounds as though if you can’t change this you’ll need to contact GTR.
