I have been reading posts on the forum over the past few months and have found them very useful.

Following a conversation with a friend I understand that Southeastern are looking for Conductors in the Tonbridge area and Drivers for the London area.

Thought I would give you all the heads up.

Nothing on the website about the roles you mention, just customer service in Kent?!?!

It has been suggested once or twice on here before that, since SE always invite speculative applications (i.e. "send us a CV"), they may only advertise specific posts if they don't have a reasonable number of suitable CVs already on their desk.

It is also possible that vacancies are advertised internally first (which may be where this has come from) and then only advertised to the public if not filled.

I don't work for them so would point out this is speculation in my part.

Hi All,

I have just spoken to Southeastern recruitment team and they advise me that they are looking for Conductors for the Tonbridge Depot (must live in Tonbridge, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells area).

They advise that if you email their careers inbox (careers@southeasternrailway.co.uk) they will look to send an application form.

Good luck guys, I have my assessment booked for early October.
