Southeastern ticket office

I have been issued a voucher by Southeastern for a delayed journey. It says that I can exchange it in a Southeastern ticket office within 28 days.

Which of the London terminals have a Southeastern ticket office? I know that there is one at St. Pancras, but how about Waterloo, Cannon Street, Blackfriars and London Bridge? I cannot find a list of stations on the internet.

Waterloo East, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, London Bridge, Blackfriars, St Pancras and Victoria all have ticket offices.

Blackfriars ticket office is manned by GTR, not Southeastern & Waterloo East does not have a ticket office.

I though VIC was also GTR manned?
I can however highly recommend the office at Charing Cross, easily my favourite London office of any NR termini

I believe St Pancras has EMT & GTR ticket offices, not Southeastern.

I prefer Cannon Street ticket office over Charing Cross as it rarely has a queue..

Correct, there are Southeastern services at St Pancras but no Southeastern ticket office.

If it's abnormal delay repay voucher then you can spend it at any ticket office but you can only exchange it for cash at a Southeastern one.

Yes, I would like to exchange it for cash, rather than keep it for purchasing my annual season ticket and run the risk of mislaying it.

Am I correct to think that the only London termini where this can be done are Cannon Street and Charing Cross?

I believe Queenstown Road Battersea is also in that category.
