On the morning of 13 March 2025, when I was questioned by a member of Southeastern Rail staff at London Waterloo East station. I purchased an anytime day ticket from London Bridge to Guildford where I boarded the train at Grove Park to Guildford, which is the fare journey I should have paid.
I sent an email and the letter by post apologizing for my wrong and asking for an opportunity to pay the outstanding balance and administrative fees. They confirmed receipt of the email on March 31 and said they will respond by email once they complete their investigation. It’s been over a month and I’ve not heard anything from them.
I’m so worried about this. Is it okay to write back to them?
