Hi everyone.

I have recently passed all of my assessments and interviews for SE as Station Staff. I am currently waiting for my medical date. Does anyone know how long I could be waiting for this next step?

Also, I have been researching and was wondering how holiday allowance works? Do I get to book off my own holiday or does the company allocate my holiday for me? I am worried as I have pre booked holiday later in the year.

Any information on theses topics would be appreciated.

Cheers people.

Congratulations on your offer. Were you offered a permanent position or into the talent pool? That may deterimine your length of wait for a medical. If it is the former shouldn't hopefully be more than a few weeks.

Any pre-booked Annual Leave should be honoured within reason (i.e. next 6 months or so, not the next 2 years) and it is important to try and state this as soon as possible to your line manager / roster clerk.

Thank you! I believe they mentioned any successful candidates were to be placed into their talent pool.
