Do you mean Southeastern at Waterloo East?

Or South West Trains at Waterloo?

What did the advert say...platform assistant? Gateline? Booking office?

Use the search function on the forum - there will be lots of information from previous applicants/adverts regarding platform assistants etc.

Do you're homework on the company and what the role entails. There is an emphasis on customer service these days, so think what experience you have in that and how you could transfer those skills to a railway context.

yes southeastern at Waterloo, i have searched the forum and couldn't find much, customer service opportunities future vacancies was advertised, i was invited to book an assessment day but couldn't find any dates so waiting for them to come back to me on that.

I had done an assessment day before with southern which i passed and then i was told the position was not available, so wondering whether they run same kind of assessment, the southern was couple of written tests and then role play.

any inputs are much appreciated
