Southeastern and XC Franchise- What's Happening?

what's going on with the Southeastern franchise, as its scheduled to end on the 31st March, but no ITT has been released?

also no ITT for the XC franchise yet either?

does this see the fall of franchising?

when does the XC direct award “extension” finish. I thought it was for only 12 months, which should finish Oct 20

It is on the previous page - Cross Country has a direct award extension - no ITT anytime soon

From working with Arriva, although they say goodbye to Northern at midnight - there are no plans to part company with XC for the immediate future.
