What refurbishment do 465/9s need (unless you're thinking of 1st class removal)? While all the Networkers could do with better looking interiors the 9s, along with the other 465s (see here for 466 situ) are PRM compliant and I cannot see them or the 376s (I presume they're PRM compliant already), getting any refurbishment done while the whole franchise issue is up in the air. 376s definitely do need a refurb though, as they haven't been done up in such a way in their entire service life to date.
