Always worth writing to a ticket office such as Salisbury for SWT? Maybe they'll send one out if postage covered.... worth a go?

They're normally available from ticket offices staffed by that particular company - i.e. the ticket office at Bristol is run by FGW so would likely get FGW ones from there, Southampton Central by SWT, etc.

I suspect a polite letter/e-mail to the customer relations department of the TOC will also result in one being sent out to you if you don't feel like travelling the length of the country for a bit of plastic!

You'd have to be pretty lucky there - FGW only seem to have 'National Rail' ticket wallets in general circulation although they probably have others in stock.

CrossCountry were handing out ticket wallets at Birmingham New Street a few months ago, as they don't run any ticket offices I don't know where you'd get them from!

Same with EMT - which is a shame, because I'd like a glossy blue version of the SWT red ones!

XC do have them then! It was a thought that entered my mind when I was making that post with their lack of ticket offices! I guess it is a case of writing to TOCs asking for them in such cases, then.

Yeah, or try asking station staff as well if they have any.

Ah ties in nicely with their website. I have to say though, that it appears to have a rather unique design in ticket wallet terms (with its side folding rather than its top/bottom).
