A week gone Saturday, Waterloo to Weymouth.
Arrived into Bournemouth and 5 minutes later, with no prior indication we were told to get off the train as it was now cancelled.
Turned out there was no crew (driver specifically) to take us on the hour to Weymouth.
We had to wait for the next service to Weymouth which was 45 minutes later.
We arrived into Weymouth 50 minutes later than we should have.
Having looked on their site for delay repay, it seems that they'll pay compensation, but only if you were 60 or more minutes late.
If I'm reading it right, I'm not entitled to any compensation, is this the case?
