Hi all,

Anyone out there who wishes to get photos of the boxes at Aberthaw and Cowbridge Road would be wise to do so sooner rather than later: new signalling is in place and this is due to go live on 28-Jan-2013, thereby seeing off the mechanical signalling at Aberthaw along wioth the closure of both boxes. I think Barry is staying in place for now.

Sorry to bump this, but a quick update.

I have heard that, due to the recent bad weather holding up the signalling works, the closures of Aberthaw SB and Cowbridge Road SB have now been put back. The new date is believed to be 13th March 2013.
