trip to Cardiff today was great. "teenage spirit" 60074 at Margam and a 19.30 westbound working through Cardiff was 60039 on the Murco tanks. The EWS and number symbols were in that odd white paint that the 59 got!

Nice to hear of some class 60s still working despite the frankly annoying tidal wave of class 66s replacing the class 60s

I've heard that 60074 is sitting failed at Margam from around mid- May, so explains why I saw it there. The other 60 at Margam (026) has left Wales i think, so 039 was the only other one that they could muster for this working recently
