Literally at the starting point of this. have a space about 8ft square.
Looking to build a MODERN IMAGE layout of somewhere based on Barry Island or Porthcawl but with the trackwork as it was in its heyday.
Wondering if anyone had any tips for me before i started out?
NB: It will be a terminus. before running around the length of the outside of the attic before entering a fiddle yard.

one thing I am unsure on, is the use of mid-2000s era stock or early 90s stock.
I suppose I could always just use both and swap out as and when I wanted if really wanted. but It would lose a little bit of authenticity
